Being a landlord can be entirely challenging at times, but especially when you own several properties.
There’s always a tenant that has an issue with something… What I like most is that at the most rarest times you genuinely can receive a thank you card.
I genuinely cherish a thank you once in awhile because I know that I’m doing my task in making sure my tenants are cheerful, and one of the most recent concerns I’ve had in one of my buildings was where my tenant was complaining that there was not enough heat coming out of the air register. I constructed my tenant to take a look at the air filter to see if it was clogged up or if that was the issue. When my tenant took the high efficiency air filter out she said that it wasn’t it because she upgraded it a month ago in addition to there was minimal dust in addition to dander on the filter. This has happened before in my other buildings in addition to it has been easy to service because of clogged up air filter in addition to air vents that were all not opened. I had my tenant also check all of the air vents to make sure that they were opened, in addition to they were, then as much as I didn’t want to have to call the heating, ventilation in addition to air conditioning service man I knew that it had to be done. After making an appointment with the heating in addition to cooling company, they took a look in addition to took care of the problem. It turns out there was a loose in addition to worn out fan belt. The fan belt had to be upgraded in addition to that was the main reason for why there was not adequate amount of air flow.
