I spent most of the winter season out in my garage. After finally contending with that space, I’ve found that I really love puttering around in there. The Springtime is in full bloom down here as well as I’m already hearing the heating pumps kick on around the city. Air conditioning is always on the menu, but normally I would never be able to love the garage once the heater gets going. Like most other garages, it gets unholy sizzling out there. There wasn’t any ductwork extended to the garage. So the garage was never part of the central air conditioning of our home. But that doesn’t mean that I’m not loving air conditioning as well as every morning once it gets hot. Last year’s Springtime cleaning was taken to a whole other level. My wifey as well as I regularly deliver the apartment a deep and thorough cleaning early in the Springtime each year. My wife and I finish that off with having the Heating and A/C professionals come out to do the ductwork cleaning as well as ductwork resealing. That is often the capper to our deep cleaning, but well last year, I decided to take on bringing some new order as well as cleanliness to the garage after years of neglect. I happened to be waist deep in that process when the Heating and A/C team came to do the ductwork cleaning. That’s when they commanded that I use a ductless mini split installed so I could use my new garage space all Summer. What an amazing suggestion that turned out to be. I had a ductless heat pump installed just two weeks later as well as have never looked back. Now if anybody else wants to find dad, he’s in the garage enjoying the high quality heating as well as air from the ductless mini split.
