I like to buy homes to flip & resell them. I have made most of my living from doing that. It is absolutely a something that we love to do & so does my husbandy, he does most of the interior design work. The other morning we got a notification on our iphones telling us that there was 138 year seasoned farmhome for sale that was 2200 square feet. The farmhome seemed like it needed a lot of work to be done, we weren’t sure if it was going to be a waste of our time or not, but my husbandy said it wasn’t because he had a lot of great interior design ideas. Therefore we made an appointment with the real estate agent to tour the home. We toured the house & we saw that the Heating & Air Conditioning system needed to be substituted. There was one air conditioner equipment & one furnace equipment for the whole downstairs area. And there was a smaller air conditioner & furnace equipment upstairs for the family rooms. All of these units have their own supply & return ducts, which are proportionally sized. We asked the real estate agent if he knew how seasoned the Heating & Air Conditioning systems were & he told us that they were about fifteen years old. Therefore my husbandy & I weren’t sure if we should substitute the heating & cooling & add that to the cost of the house or don’t bother with it & have the modern owner change it out themselves. We decided to call an Heating & Air Conditioning company for a professional opinion.
