To avoid losing electricity again my family and I decided to invest in a generator. Generators are great to have when electricity is out. I decided to call my electrician to find out more on generators. He recommended a brand to me and gave me some information. He told me that generators will automatically kick on when they sense that utility power has been lost. But when utility power is back up and running, the generator will kick off and be on standby mode for the next power outage. He recommended that I do some measurements before I purchase a generator. This will allow me to know the type of voltage of the generator that I need to get. With getting a higher voltage you can run your generator to refrigerators, to a heat pump, to your water and a washing and drying machine. It’s almost like your home is running on utility power and there never was a power outage. I look forward to purchasing a generator.
