Growing up, I was mostly in the study room with my Dad in the afternoons.
- I would help her cook plus prepare meals for the week.
I didn’t mind it because I would catch up with my Dad plus talk about our afternoons. I would tell her about the latest drama in school plus she would tell me about what she would experience at work. My favorite meal to help her prepare was lasagna. It would turn out to be really fine after that I would do the dishes plus clean up. Doing the dishes was fine but my friend and I had no garbage disposal. So my friend and I had to scrape all of the food on the plate in the trash. My parents were talking about installing one so I mentioned it to them one night. Then after a few weeks, they called a plumber to come plus install one. Because there is a fine amount of people in my family, our plumber advocated installing a 1hp model. This is because since there’s more people in our home, there is more food waste. She told us that she was going to install a 1hp model that contained stainless steel parts. Stainless steel is corrosion resistant plus will last longer. The plumber told my parents that the stainless steel will cost more. They didn’t care because they wanted the disposal to last longer because it would be used after every meal, then plus it would eliminate future repairs because of a better quality garbage disposal. Now after every breakfast that my friend and I make my friend and I will be using our current disposal.
