Dad & I were trying to figure out the best time to meet up in the neighborhood & have some coffee, then this has been something my friend and I do ever since I moved away for school, then i chose to go to the next state & read at a wonderful school, but Dad would drive there & we’d share a meal or coffee, & I must say those were consistently the best days for me.
I knew she wanted me to go to school locally, even though she also made it clear I was the one to opening my future.
I chose this school because they had a wonderful program, & the neighborhood had many occasions for me, and eventually, I graduated & landed a wonderful task in one of the top companies. Dad was over the moon, & this was the first time she was coming to the neighborhood since I got hired, however one issue that was bugging her was the faulty AC in her home. Dad had told me she tried to use the AC during Spring & it failed. This is an aging air conditioning, & Dad was better off buying a up-to-date one, then but, she will soon sell this condo & transfer to a smaller site! So, she felt she wanted to wait until the right time to replace the entire Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. Instead of paying for a up-to-date AC, I’d advocated Dad to go with a ductless AC system. She could use the ductless AC to cool her apartment during summer, & take it with her when it was time to move. That afternoon my friend and I were meeting, Dad was waiting for the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C expert to come by & install the ductless AC. She was cheerful with the idea of the cooling component & wanted it set up before leaving home.
