My mother grew up with four siblings.
My Grandparents had a lot on their hands with all girls.
My Grandparents tried multiples times (as you can see) for a boy however they had no luck and stopped at the fourth child. Growing up my mother had to share a lot of things with her siblings. As a twin she had to share more with her twin sibling. Being the youngest my mom was constantly last in line to in taking showers in the day to get ready for school. But most importantly because she has the youngest she would get bossed around a lot to do her older sibling’s chores. Getting ready for school was the hardest for my mom and my aunts. They had to share a tiny bathroom with one mirror, eventually my Grandfather filled a wall in the bathroom with all mirrors so they could get ready simultaneously. However there was an issue. Because they were all girls with long hair, the hair would get caught in the showers drain. My Grandfather would try and unclog it himself but he could not do it. So he decided to call a plumber to do the job. The plumber tackled the hair and was able to get rid of the clump. My Grandfather told me that the plumber would use tools and a plumber liquid to loosen the hair out the drain… Calling the plumber wasn’t the first time my Grandfather called him. There were multiple times while in my mom’s childhood that he would have the plumber on speed dial.
