I have heard horror stories when it comes to businesss coming into a home plus doing work for a customer.
My sister just last weekhad an HVAC serviceman do her work plus she said it was such a horrible experience that she had to call the business to tell them that she wanted a refund plus that she should not get charged for his service.
What happened was he ended up cutting a part on her a/c plus he tried telling her that the part was already broken; It seemed like he was just trying to get more money out of her. Not to mention it was raining out that afternoon plus he was going in plus out of the dwelling so he had muddy shoes on. He left a trail of mud from her garage to her basement; Luckily it wasn’t directly inside of her dwelling but she was still certainly irritated because there was mud everywhere plus he had no care into what happened. I have made my own checklist when it comes to choosing an HVAC serviceman because I do not want to go through the horrible experience that my sister went through. When I was looking at HVAC provider I made sure that they work on the manufactured HVAC brand that I have. I also will look up their name online to see how multiple positive reviews that they have. If there are more than three disadvantage reviews I will not choose that HVAC provider. I will also make sure that their prices are not too high plus that there is always client delight when it comes to their work.
