I live in the south & sometimes we get pretty bad thunderstorms, then there have been a few instances where are our basement will flood & trees will fall down, and not to mention the lost of power due to trees falling on power lines.
There was one time where my family & I were out of power for five days, and my associate and I had to go to a shelter so we could have sizzling showers & a cooked meal.
My associate and I didn’t mind going there for the time being but we missed being in the comfort of our own home. To avoid losing electricity again my family & I decided to invest in a generator, then generators are fantastic to have when electricity is out, and i decided to call my electrician to find out more on generators, but he proposed a brand to me & gave me some information. He told me that generators will automatically kick on when they sense that utility power has been lost. But when utility power is back up & running, the generator will kick off & be on standby mode for the next power outage. He proposed that I do some measurements before I purchase a generator. This will allow me to know the type of voltage of the generator that I need to get, but with getting a higher voltage you can run your generator to refrigerators, to a heat pump, to your water & a washing & drying machine. It’s almost like your condo is running on utility power & there never was a power outage. I look forward to purchasing a generator.
