Have you ever had to deal with an insurance supplier after an accident? Recently, my pal and I were hit from behind & our vehicle was totalled.
This means that it was deemed a total loss based on the value the insurance supplier decided upon.
I could not believe that I had taken such fantastic care of my vehicle only to be told it was worth half the value of what I still owed. When I asked about the liability that the other insurance was responsible for, I was told that I did not have any ability to go after them either. This was all legitimately aggravating. After a week of arguing back & forth I finally got my insurance supplier to agree to a larger settlement. I feel sorry for anyone who has to go through this process. We were able to purchase a current vehicle & it is great. It is far more comfortable than my last vehicle however it comes with a price. The dealer was legitimately nice however it took about 3 hours at the dealership to complete the transaction. It was about 85 degrees outside so resting in the offices in the air conditioning was a welcome break. I was however anxious about all the details & entirely felt chilled from the frigid air. By the time my pal and I left the sunshine had started to go down & the air started to cool. Overall, the time spent buying the current vehicle was pleasant. The current vehicle has a enjoyable Heating, Ventilation & A/C system that can be controlled by voice command. I wish I had that ability with my house system. Maybe one day this will be a familiar opportunity with house Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems. For now, if it exists, I am sure it is legitimately upscale to have installed.
