Not enough airflow in my renters home

Being a proprietor can be legitimately challenging at times; Especially when you own several properties.

There’s always a renter that has an issue with something, then what I like most is that at the most rarest times you easily can acquire a thank you card.

I undoubtedly care about a thank you once in awhile because I know that I’m doing my task in making sure my renters are happy, then one of the most recent issues I’ve had in one of my buildings was where my renter was complaining that there was not enough heat coming out of the air register. I constructed my renter to take a look at the air filter to see if it was jammed up or if that was the issue. When my renter took the high efficiency air filter out he said that it wasn’t it because he replaced it a month ago and there was minimal dust and dander on the filter. This has happened before in my other buildings and it has been easy to repair because of jammed up air filter and air vents that were all not opened. I had my renter also check all of the air vents to make sure that they were opened, and they were, then as much as I didn’t want to have to call the heating, ventilation and air conditioner repair guy I knew that it had to be done. After making an appointment with the heating and cooling corporation, they took a look and diagnosed the problem. It turns out there was a loose and worn out fan belt. The fan belt had to be replaced and that was the main reason for why there was not adequate amount of air flow.
