My hubby plus I have been living in our forty year old apartment for about ten years now… When my friend and I first moved in my friend and I knew that my friend and I had a giant commitment… My friend and I knew that my friend and I would have to do a lot of updating, repairs, plus replacing of appliances plus flooring, however after three years of living in the apartment my friend and I finally had everything that my friend and I wanted to be done, then it was such a relief however my friend and I also knew that eventually there would be other updatements that my friend and I would have to do, but one of the updatements that had to be done was our heat pump.
My friend and I figured that it needed replacing when it completely broke down on us. Our Heating, Ventilation and A/C serviceman told us that since the heat pump was over twelve years old she considered that my friend and I update it. After a week of having a current heat pump plus it being on, my friend and I could stink a unusual smell; For the second time in one week, my friend and I called our Heating, Ventilation and A/C serviceman. She diagnosed the current heat pump, looked at the vents plus air duct to make sure that they were clean. In fact, everything was clean since my friend and I had air duct cleaning a month ago. Our Heating, Ventilation and A/C serviceman told us that she believed it was from residue burn off of the inside of the air handler. It was a giant relief to hear this, she also told us to keep an eye on it plus if my friend and I still stink it in the next few weeks to supply him another call.
