The best cabin experience because we had a fireplace in the bedroom and living area

For Thanksgiving last year, my family decided to take our family fights elsewhere, hoping we’d be too happy to argue.

Yes, we are a cliché family.

We handled the holiday preparation activities before traveling, though. That means the heating specialist had to come over for heating maintenance for our furnace and a heating repair for something my dad was keen on that I didn’t understand. When all that was handled and we were sure we wouldn’t be making emergency calls to the heating company in the middle of the night, we left for the cabin where we’d meet the rest of the family who’d been there two days earlier. The property had several cabins, which made it easy to host us all, which I loved, but I was blown away by the fact that each cabin had a fireplace in the bedrooms and the living area. It felt like a cozy little village for me. They also provided a portable electric heater for each cabin in case we had a problem with the heat. That’s the most care I’ve seen a property give its guests without worrying about the energy bills, but they were also keen on reminding us to use the thermostat. The heating dealership they use must be pleased to have them as clients because their multiple heating equipment must demand adequate care and maintenance. They had a heating technician on call among the emergency contacts they shared. I wasn’t the only one who was impressed because we had a heating device discussion on the first night, and everyone raved about how they would have an HVAC professional fix them with a similar HVAC installation, at least in their living area, if not their bedrooms too.
