It is not especially simple to plop into the 57F sea every single morning, although I do it regardless & end up feeling completely better each time.
- It is even more of a shock currently since the air temps are especially warm, however the cold water does wonders for my joints & my overall energy, so I keep doing it each afternoon no matter how I happen to feel.
I assume there is something totally beneficial about the cold salt water on the body & therefore I make sure I go in the sea every single afternoon throughout the fall & winter time seasons. The cooling device supplier does the dip too & got me to do it with her after my associate and I worked together on heat pumps & both had sore knees from doing the hard work. I felt a lot better after the first few times going in the cold water so I kept up with it & am really cheerful that I did. I assume that when I work on HVAC duct & am bending down a great deal, the cold water helps my joints to actually recover faster from the water, cooling them down & relieving the swelling & inflammation. I also stopped eating all sugars some time ago & I assume that has something to do with my knees feeling considerably better. The water is heating up slowly though & it won’t be long till the cold water dips are done for the warm season. I will keep going in the water the whole warm season so that I stay on track & keep up the habit of doing the cold water swims in the frosty season.
