I am moving slowly this day to be honest.
This day is Sunday & I played drums & sang the previous day and on the previous days, I played a lot of volleyball. Saturday I rested & then my associate and I played ball again, so needless to say I am quite wiped out today. The other day, I also played drums & sang some so my shoulders & voice are pretty shot from all of that stuff this past week. I also worked out with my Heating & A/C tech buddy for a little while this past week at this local business, so I assume it is time to let my body rest for a duration of time & maybe work on my own heating & cooling device. I genuinely need to decide if I am going to head up to the mountains & chill with my buddies for a while, & if I do then my associate and I can rest our bodies for a while. If I go up there I’ll chill by the fireplace & read a book so that my body can recharge again for the next round of good times. I am 55 years aged & need to be a bit more patient with my body & not abuse it so much or the thing is going to wear out from too much overuse. My heating tech buddy basically told me this years ago, along with my father many times, so I will heed their advice & rest beside my climate control device in my office while I do some work online. The warm season is tough to rest because there is regularly someone attempting to get me in the sand.
