We are going to have to get really serious about here with our HVAC savings, that’s for sure. Cutting HVAC costs has never been something that I have ever taken all that seriously, that’s for sure. However, I lost my job a few weeks ago and so now my wife is paying all of the bills for us. It’s not something that I have ever wanted to have to deal with, but these days, you just never know what’s going to happen! Things are crazy all over and the economy is really bad right now. When they laid me off from my job, I was surprised but not completely shocked. My wife told me that we are going to have to put off getting our new air conditioning unit that we were planning on getting. I am pretty bummed about that because I really wanted to get a new air conditioner before the weather starts heating up this summer. Last year, our old air conditioning system did not do well for us. I could tell back then that it was really on its last legs and that we were going to have to get a new one this year. However, I thought that we’d have time to save up money to get a new air conditioning system. instead, I ended up getting laid off instead! I guess that’s just how the world works sometimes. Anyway, now we are really going to have to get serious about saving on our heating and cooling bills. We may not even be able to have air conditioning at all this summer, from the way things are going!
