Patching the drafts in my condo before winter starts

I saved a lot of cash by purchasing an seasoned house, however i knew that it would need a lot of work, but the savings in the overall price were enough to pay for any remodeling work.

If I had been raised by a father who has been a carpenter’s whole life, I would not have bit off a project like this, my Grandfather was a carpenter as well, so that skill runs in the family.

I was able to do a lot of the renovation labor on this condo myself, however, I willdisclose there were a lot of areas where I needed to call in outside help… One of those areas was the roof. I never got any roofing experience in my past plus I didn’t want to do this the wrong way as well, and another section that I’m not any superb at in my honest opinion is heating plus cooling. I’ve watched a/cs get installed over the years, but not nearly enough to know how to do it on my own. I had the heating plus cooling system installed by a local Heating plus Air Conditioning dealer, however recently but, I had to call that same Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier over to my condo to help me with sealing the venue for chilly drafts before winter starts, then the heating plus cooling worker used weather stripping on all the windows plus doors to make sure there wasn’t any air leaking in or out, we also had to check the attic to make sure it was respectfully sealed in the right venues. Hopefully my heating bill will be a little bit lower this year compared to the last.
