I went bike riding while my boiler was installed

I recently bought a bicycle to ride around my city.

It was one of my number one ways to get exercise when I was in my teens and early twenties, so I’m trying to go back to something I know that’s usual to lose some weight.

It’s not even a matter of looking better, I just need to relieve some of my back pain by losing a few pounds, my Hope Is that with maybe 20 to 30 lb less on my spine, I won’t have nearly as much pain when I’m trying to walk around. It took me about a week to find a fantastic bike that fit my budget though. I wanted a fantastic road bike that I can use for years to come, however I did not want to spend $1,000 on a bicycle either. When I first tried it out, I was amazed by how fast it was. It’s good getting a bike that doesn’t have a ton of weight to it, however yesterday I had the heating and cooling company over at my loft installing a boiler. My partner decided to watch the process and told me that I could go out for a bike ride. She’s encouraging me to lose as much weight as I can so he was delighted to stay and watch the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C servicemans while I took my new bike out on the road. It was nice going for a bicycle ride and not having to worry about the heating and cooling servicemans for a little while. I went about four or five miles before I turned around and headed back home. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C servicemans were not done with the boiler replacement yet, but they only had about 30 minutes left to go once I arrived with my bike.
