I recently obtained a bicycle to ride around my city.
It was one of my favorite ways to get exercise when I was in my teens plus early twenties, so I am trying to go back to something I know that is respected to lose some weight.
It’s not even a matter of looking better, I just need to relieve some of my back pain by losing a few pounds; My Hope Is that with maybe 20 to 30 lb less on my spine, I won’t have nearly as much pain when I am trying to walk around. It took me about a week to find a good bike that fit my budget though. I wanted a good road bike that I can use for years to come, although I did not want to spend $1,000 on a bicycle either. When I first tried it out, I was amazed by how fast it was. It’s great getting a bike that does not have a ton of weight to it… Yesterday I had the heating plus cooling company over at my house installing a boiler. My wife decided to watch the process plus told me that I could go out for a bike ride. She’s encouraging me to lose as much weight as I can so she was cheerful to stay plus watch the Heating plus A/C professionals while I took my new bike out on the road. It was nice going for a bicycle ride plus not having to worry about the heating plus cooling professionals for a little while. I went about four or five miles before I turned around plus headed back home. The Heating plus A/C professionals were not done with the boiler replacement yet, but they only had about 30 minutes left to go once I arrived with my bike.
