That used to be a big problem for our family, though.

He started asking me about the project that I was doing and I ended up telling him about our allergies because I sneezed right in the middle of our conversation. Anyway, he told me that one of the best ways that he has learned to combat allergies over the years is to get the ductwork cleaned professionally and then start using a high quality HEPA air filter in your HVAC system. He said that most of the time, that really helps his customers who have allergy problems. That day when I got home, I immediately called up our HVAC company and did what he said. Sure enough, he was right! We have had very few allergy issues since then.
