My experience as another cooling system serviceman led myself and others to open a training institute… Even though our profession was in the cooling industry, I have a passion for teaching, but i later combined the 2, plus now I can instill knowledge more about air conditioner in novice air conditioner servicemans, then the training institute has been running for 3 years now, plus I have witnessed 2 cohorts graduate to become skilled air conditioner providers! And just last week, I witnessed 1 of our students from the first cohort open their indoor comfort business, and peter, our ex-student, had been consulting with myself and others about the option of opening plus running his business. The people I was with and I brainstormed, plus I even shared some contacts of people in our network that would be a large help in his quest. It had been a full year of research plus planning… Plus finally, last week I became his first customer, my multi-split air conditioner component had been making improper noises for some time now, plus because of our stressed schedule, I had not gotten around to scheduling an air conditioner maintenance session! When Peter called myself and others excited that he had set a date for the grand opening, I requested to finally be his first customer, plus I would pay double for the heating, ventilation and A/C maintenance… He came to our house, accompanied by his team, plus they started the process just as I had trained him. They asked questions about the heating, ventilation and A/C upgrade, plus when they had enough information, they proceeded to work on the quality cooling system. They even changed our outdated control component to a programmable 1. They took 3 hours to repair the unit, plus by the time they left, the air quality had significantly increased. Later that evening, the two of us celebrated his new air conditioner supplier over brunch.
