The young heating and cooling tech hit my car

I was in the parking lot of the grocery store last week! I had just finished our shopping and was taking the shopping cart back to the store.

I heard a loud bang and turned around in time to see the heating and A/C repair van hit the side of our car.

I didn’t know what to expect, although I wasn’t expecting to see the heating and A/C specialist crying, he sat with his head on his hands, which were crossed over the steering wheel. He was looking behind him at the injury he had done to our car. I knocked on his door to ask if he was okay, which made him cry even harder. He thought the person who owned the car was going to yell at him. I told him I owned the car, and all I wanted was his insurance and driver’s license. He reached into the glove box and told myself and others they weren’t there. He was picking up the repair van from the garage. They had recently fixed the injury from an accident he had more than one week ago. He told myself and others he was going to lose his task, and maybe his loving wife, when she found out. I felt sorry for the heating and A/C specialist, however there was nothing I could do to help him. I had him call the heating and A/C company so I could talk to them. Ten minutes later, whoever was yelling had yelled themselves out. He said he would have someone to the store within 5 minutes at least, and they would take care of the injury. The child was crying even harder when the owner of the heating and A/C company arrived.
