The air vents were almost full of animal fur when I was over at our neighbor Brad’s cabin the other morning! I was shocked because as far as I could tell, Brad was a pretty neat housekeeper.
The rest of the cabin seemed to be relatively disinfect to me.
I mean, it wasn’t actually cluttered or anything and everything seemed to be put away in its arena. I noticed that there wasn’t a sink full of dirty dishes and the furniture was well worked on. Not only that, but the heating plan also seemed to be working correctly, but well, that’s what I thought at first, anyway. I heard the oil furnace kick on and the heating plan seemed to start running. I heard the sounds that it was making but the minute that the oil furnace kicked on, the air vent in the family room floor started to make a odd whistling sound. I was trying to figure out what the issue was with the heating plan because it was so cold in there. Then I hastily tripped over the air vent cover on the floor next to the family room chaletets. I hurt our toe and I didn’t want Brad to do the same thing, so I bent down to try to repair it myself. However, I couldn’t get the air vent cover back down into the floor to get it flush with the floor! Come to find out, it was because there was so much animal fur stuck inside of the HVAC duct that the air vent wouldn’t fit! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.
