On Monday, I was laboring on an A/C repair.
I was at the residential address half of the morning.
The maintenance was going good until I tripped over a rock & twisted our ankle. I couldn’t get up, then my ankle was swelling up fast. I certainly thought it might have been broken. I called our boss so I could go to the emergency room for an x-ray; He told myself and others to suck it up & go on with our morning. I sent him a couple of pictures of our foot & that made him change his mind. The nurse at the emergency room said that I was lucky I went to the hospital because it was a excruciating Spring. He told myself and others to stay off our foot for a week & put myself and others in a special boot. He told myself and others that I would not be able to work on heating & A/C repairs for the next 5 days. My boss was not honestly happy when I told him the Great news. He had to pay myself and others for 5 days of work or find something for myself and others to do at the office that would be low impact. On Saturday, our boss let myself and others stay home. On Tuesday, he called in the morning to tell myself and others to come to work. He wanted myself and others to disinfect out the back storage room. He said I could take the rest of the week to get all of the work done. I have already found a couple of neat things in the storage room since I started cleaning. The boss didn’t recognize all of us had a 4 ton A/C component in a box back there. He also didn’t recognize that all of us had an industrial media air cleaner back there
