It’s pretty amazing having the relationship that I do with my boy; well, he’s no longer a boy, and my child is now in the last year of college and will soon be out there on his own… During the first two years of college, he stayed at a lake house inside the central air conditioner of our family home! But he is now residing on campus and entirely thriving in his studies.
I don’t know just where that child got his smarts; however, it’s pretty astounding.
In fact, my child is completely responsible for how cozy my associate and I are in our lake house this winter. When he was at the lake house for fall break, my associate and I made a trip to the lake lake house improvement store for something his mom needed. But while my associate and I were there he gravitated to some of the gadgets he prefers to look at, then he also picked up an instant study temperature gun. This is something you can point to the surface of anything and find out the temperature immediately… He told me that this would be the perfect tool for us to entirely seal up the lake house and maybe find the real source of a draft that has plagued us for years. These mornings, I just go with what that child suggests when it comes to stuff. Enjoy that. And entirely the more I thought about it, it was completely logical as well. I was stunned to find that my lake house was leaking heating and air conditioning and treated air to enjoy a sieve. But with that temperature gun and my son’s help, my associate and I were able to seal the lake house up super tight. And my associate and I did find the source of that draft which has made all the difference when it comes to how comfortable my associate and I are inside. And of course, that child is saving me nearly 20 percent a month on heating costs.
