My friends and I decided to take a walk after the sun went down. It was kind of spooky to be outside after it was dark. We were hanging out at my best friend’s house and his parents didn’t care if we went out after the sun went down. My mom would never let me go out after it was dark because there are so many things I can go wrong. I could get myself into trouble or get kidnapped by a stranger. Those are the things that my mom would always tell me. It was pretty spooky and I will admit that I was probably a little bit scared in the beginning. My friends and I walked for about a half mile before we came to a building. There was a fence around the building. The building belonged to an HVAC company. I remember the HVAC company very well, because it was the same company that my mom used when we had a problem with the air conditioner earlier that summer. My friends and I climbed the fence so we could look around inside of the area. We checked all of the doors, but they were locked. One of my friends said we should break a window so we could go inside, but I said that was a terrible idea. We walked around to the back of the building and that’s when we saw the security guard. The security guard pointed his flashlight at us and a dog started running straight at us. My friends and I ran as fast as we could to get out of there.
