My neighbor Lisa is a total neat freak.
She has constantly been exactly like this ever since I met her in college.
She was my roommate plus I had to have everything disinfected entirely plus in its place or she would literally be uncomfortable in our room… If I chose to enjoy a bowl of cereal, I couldn’t just leave it on my desk until I was ready to disinfect it. She insisted that I cleaned the bowl quickly when I was done. Of course, this drove me crazy, however eventually, I grew to accept her obsession. Now that my buddy and I are adults, nothing has changed plus I love her. I am cheerful that I don’t have to share the same space with her though… Her hubby can’t rest plus eat on the sofa if he wanted to. Instead, he has to rest at the family room table or go to his personal cave. I believe if he didn’t have his personal cave, Lisa would drive him off the wall… Anyway, Lisa was telling me that she gets her a/c equipment ducts cleaned once per year. And when she told me this, I was completely stunned because I have never gotten my a/c ducts cleaned. I made the decision not to share that information with her because the last thing I wanted was a lengthy lecture about the importance of cleaning my a/c ducts. And from what I currently know, it is not necessary to disinfect the a/c ducts unless there is a huge buildup of debris or mold. And I can’t imagine that Lisa’s lake property has any of that in it. If she wants to spend her currency cleaning her a/c ducts, after that my buddy and I are ok with that as long as it brings her the peace of mind that she is after.
