I am so glad that I had an HVAC service plan with my local heating and air conditioning company. Because just a few months ago we had a real serious storm go down here and it ended up wrecking my central heat and a/c unit. Because of this, you would think that I would need to invest in a brand new, up to date and very expensive central heating and air conditioning system. Because not only does it protect you in situations like what I went just went through, but it also gives you pre paid HVAC tune up and check ups as much as you want. If you wanted a heating and air conditioning system tune up and check up every month, you could get it without having to pay another cent.
