I waited almost an hour after the several-hour window ended for the heating, ventilation, and A/C worker to arrive, although he didn’t… And I also knew the weather was horrendous, plus I was hearing about collisions all over the area, snow was coming down so fast, the snowplows could not keep up with it; both of us already had two feet of snow on the ground, plus it was to continue throughout the evening.
