Some people suppose that HVAC is a luxury.
In other words, they suppose that depending on where you live you do not necessarily need heating and cooling systems in your house.
I find this to be untrue; At least in this country. I have traveled outside of the country and I have discovered that there are millions of people who do not have heating and cooling systems and their homes. Nonetheless, I do suppose that here in our country HVAC is crucial no matter where you live. If you live in the south, you honestly need your air conditioner. I use my A/C all year long. Most of the time, I have easily little use for the heater, although this year our Winter has been quite cold, So I am using the oil furnace just about every morning. In fact, I have set my heating temperature control higher than I normally do! Generally speaking, I do not like a forced air oil furnace with a easily dry heat. It feels artificial to me, and it causes me some kinds of problems such as chapped lips, dry skin, and painful sinuses. Anyway, even farther south where my son lives, people are using their oil furnaces this year. I do not suppose if temperature change is real or not, but all of us honestly need our oil furnaces this winter, and I honestly would not have survived this past summer time separate from my air conditioner. HVAC is crucial no matter where you live.
