How many times do I need to call the HVAC company?

I was getting frustrated.

I had been trying to call the HVAC company for almost two weeks.

Every time I called, either there was no answer, or I got an answering machine. I was so upset that I wasn’t sure what I should do. I called fifteen times in one day, but it did no good. The following week, I pulled out the business card for the HVAC company. I wanted to make sure I was calling the right phone number. I stood in the kitchen and continued to call for almost an hour. The phone would hang up, and I would dial again. I finally went online to see if they had an HVAC website. Luckily, they had a website, and there was a contact us button. Once I pressed the button, I was wondering if this was going to be the same as what happened when I made the phone call. I left the website and went back to work. An hour later, I got a phone call from the HVAC company. They wanted to know what the concern was, and how they could help me. I told them about the furnace and how it was running a long time. She asked why I hadn’t called. I told her I called the number on their business card. She told me they didn’t have a business card. I started reading it to her, but I suddenly realized I had been calling the HVAC company that went out of business before they took over. I apologized and thanked her for calling me back so quickly.
