I was so frustrated that I wasn’t sure what I should do. I called fifteen times in one day, however it did no good. The following week, I pulled out the corporation card for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company. I wanted to make sure I was calling the right phone number. I stood in the dining room as well as continued to call for almost an hour. The phone would hang up, as well as I would dial again. I finally went online to see if they had an Heating, Ventilation & A/C website. Luckily, they had a website, as well as there was a contact us button; Once I pressed the button, I was wondering if this was going to be the same as what happened when I made the phone call. I left the website as well as went back to work. An hour later, I got a phone call from the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company.
