How many times do I need to call the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company?

I was getting frustrated. I had been trying to call the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company for almost more than one weeks; Every time I called, either there was no answer, or I got an answering machine. I was so frustrated that I wasn’t sure what I should do. I called fifteen times in one day, however it did no good. The following week, I pulled out the corporation card for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company. I wanted to make sure I was calling the right phone number. I stood in the dining room as well as continued to call for almost an hour. The phone would hang up, as well as I would dial again. I finally went online to see if they had an Heating, Ventilation & A/C website. Luckily, they had a website, as well as there was a contact us button; Once I pressed the button, I was wondering if this was going to be the same as what happened when I made the phone call. I left the website as well as went back to work. An hour later, I got a phone call from the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company. They wanted to think what the problem was, as well as how they could help me. I told them about the furnace as well as how it was running a long time, she asked why I hadn’t called.
