Here in the South we have a love-hate relationship with our a/c.
Oh don’t get myself and others wrong, we entirely love RAC, and there is not a single lady living here who would provide it up.
When I say we have a love-hate relationship with the cooling system, what I mostly mean is we love our AC but we hate our utility bill that goes along with it. More and more, we are seeing improvements in Heating, Ventilation and A/C technology that are allowing a/c manufacturers to come up with more and more efficient AC units. This is really great news for us and for the world. The two of us do want more efficiency because we want to get the most out of our environment that we can. The two of us want to be comfortable separate from destroying the planet, and we also want to be comfortable separate from destroying our purses! I do love our a/c, and most times I use it all year long. This year, though, the gas furnace has come into play more than it usually does. The two of us are having exceptionally freezing weather this winter, which is the truth down, is kind of nice. It’s especially nice because I guess that I have a great gas furnace and I do not have to worry about freezing to death.I say that separate from entirely thinking, because in truth, there are people in the world who do have to worry about freezing to death, so I should not be so Cavalier in our language. In any event, here in the South our a/c is a valued commodity, and this year our gas heating systems are also severely upscale. I do worry occasionally about the aged folks or the exhausting folks or the homeless folks who do not have acceptable Heating and Cooling available to them. I do guess that our utility supplier offers some kind of assistance to those who might be exhausting or just stable so that they can use their heating and cooling systems.
