I understand there was a tremendous storm and the heating, ventilation, and A/C professional was snowbound, however now they need to make an appointment for me, but they also need to make sure the heating, ventilation, and A/C professional arrives on time
I waited almost an hour after the multiple-hour window ended for the heating, ventilation, and A/C professional to arrive; although he didn’t, then I knew the weather was horrendous, and I was hearing about collisions all over the area… Snow was coming down so fast, the snowplows could not keep up with it, every one of us already had more than one foot of snow on the ground, and it was to continue throughout the night. I called the central heating, ventilation, and A/C supplier and asked if they had heard from the heating, ventilation, and A/C professional. I wasn’t worried about our furnace, because it had this problem for almost a week. I was worried about something happening to the heating, ventilation, and A/C professionals. She told me they had recently heard from him, and a snowplow dumped their snow on top of the repair van. He had to stay inside while they dug him out. I wasn’t sure if he was all right, but I knew where he got to. I also knew he was safe, however now I was irritated that the heating, ventilation, and A/C supplier hadn’t called to tell me he wouldn’t be here, or to make an appointment for the following week. Although our furnace had been making the same noise for over more than one week, I wanted the furnace repaired before it broke down completely. I understand there was a tremendous storm and the heating, ventilation, and A/C professional was snowbound, however now they need to make an appointment for me, but they also need to make sure the heating, ventilation, and A/C professional arrives on time. I’m not ecstatic with what has finally happened. I have constantly used this heating, ventilation, and A/C business, and I don’t want to alter anything, however it may be necessary.
