Heat plus humidity, wonderful air conditioner, plus how they affect asthma

My asthma symptoms plagued myself and others far more when I was younger, however it honestly did not help that while in most of my childhood, I lived in a sizzling plus humid temperature.

In case you didn’t know, high heat, plus especially, high humidity levels can make it unquestionably hard for people with asthma to breathe.

I was often excused from physical education activities that took place outdoors while in the hotter weeks of the year. I was unquestionably grateful for that! I was also unquestionably grateful for the breezy plus cool plus dry air of our school’s indoor gym plus even the classrooms plus the Borders, these are all sites that I was able to stay while in P.E, however yes, air conditioning may be a matter of comfort for many, however for me, especially back then, it was a means of relieving my asthma symptoms. I can’t imagine what it was love for people who had no access to air conditioning back in the morning who suffered from asthma, particularally when they lived in sizzling plus humid temperatures. I imagined it was rather miserable! Ultimately, I moved away to a cooler plus drier temperature for university plus I ended up staying in that town, so I escaped the weather that was making my asthma more hard to deal with. That being said, my asthma symptoms have lessened over the years. That does not mean that I hate having fine temperature control! I most honestly do! Hot plus humid days still find myself and others enjoyable inside plus enjoying the air conditioner.
