Before I found myself in a heating plus cooling tomato, I hadn’t even heard of ductless heat pumps. In our mind, there was a central a/c unit or there were the window cooling systems. That’s pretty much all I knew about Heating plus A/C. But I did think that I entirely much favorite having the central a/c over the window units. I’d lived in old houses that had a boiler in the basement that gave radiant heating. And that was actually a cozy way to go as far as Heating plus A/C heating went. But the problem with that was the absence of any central a/c for the summer. My room was on the top floor plus there was no way I could deal with the heat of Summer up there without some Heating plus A/C cooling. So I bought a window cooling system. It was better than not having a/c at all but I had a heck of a time with it as well. It was constantly frigid up or not working properly. So when I bought this house, I wanted some good quality heating plus air. That was all set to happen as I had picked out the latest in residential Heating plus A/C to update the old Heating plus A/C unit. However, the Heating plus A/C corporation found that the ductwork was no good. I didn’t have that in the budget. That’s when the Heating plus A/C professional advocated going with ductless heat pumps instead. It fit our budget plus I wanted to get in the apartment so I was onboard. It may have been a good thing that the ductwork was shot because I suppose I love the ductless heat pumps even better.
