I believe most of us are taking a punch to the purse the last few years, and if it’s not a pandemic that forces me to work from the lake house inside the air conditioner of our house; it’s out of control inflation, and our financial challenges began when I was forced to leave the zone controlled HVAC comfort of the office! And then, I had to take a pretty deep money split in order to just maintain our task; then thankfully, I’m now back inside the commercial HVAC of our office with our full income intact! But of course, as soon as that happened I was hit with skyrocketing prices everywhere.
Inflation ran rampant in our region for sure if not countrywide, then so I’m regularly doing our best to split costs when it comes to the whole entire household budget.
So I entirely checked into some alternatives when I was alerted to the fact that the HVAC component needed some attention, my fantastic friend and I regularly get various seasonal HVAC maintenance in the fall plus again in the Spring! Last fall, the HVAC professional explained to me that our heat pump was going to need an high-priced component updated. My fantastic friend and I don’t get many calls for heating down here so I had some time before necessary HVAC repair had to happen. I checked around with a handyman or several to see what sort of prices they would offer to do that component updatement. Indeed, the prices were much lower than the HVAC contractor; however, every single 1 of them was not willing to guarantee the work. That seemed similar to a major red flag to me plus perhaps I would end up having to call the HVAC contractor anyway. So I avoided a mess plus just had the HVAC professionals do a proper task that I knew would be guaranteed.
