Controlling the temperatures in my home is the best area of laboring from home, then at least that’s what I have sussed out thus far.
I have been laboring from home for the past year and that’s still my favorite area about laboring at home.
I used to fear that I wouldn’t want to toil from home for legitimately long, but that hasn’t really been the case at all. I thought that I would be so bored and get lonely being at home, but I have done pretty well so far. I always used to dislike laboring in the office because of the way that the building manager did such a poor job at keeping the locale comfortable inside! During the winter, they kept the temperature controls set so high that there was no way that anyone could last in there without a fan! I used to get so humid in the building that I would go outside just to get a breath of fresh air periodically. I cannot deal with it whenever I get too hot, and I would always complain to people about how boiling I believed it was in the building. Of course, nobody ever listened to myself and others about it and so I was basically just irritated at my desk all those years! Now that I am laboring from home, I don’t have to worry about that at all any more. I can set the temperature controls where I want them. I am cheerful about that, that’s for sure. I don’t ever have to worry about being too humid or too cold in my office now because my office is my own house!
