Changing the air filter is a biweekly job that I just hate, however i am legitimately fine about keeping things scrub around the house, however once a month I do a deep scrub of the bathrooms. The showers, toilets and vanities all get wiped with bleach and soft scrub. I do a biweekly vacuum and a bikweely mop session on the floors. The windows get washed almost every many weeks as well, and every month the linens go through the disinfect and I make sure to disinfect the blades on our ceiling fans. I never want any dust, hair or mold to be hanging around our house. The air filter changes sneak up on me though. It isn’t the first or last afternoon of every month; Sometime randomly in the middle of the month the air filter is clogged. I am so thankful I own a smart temperature control that alerts me on air filter changes. I believe it would never occur to me, but all the abrupt it lets me know and then I dread it all afternoon. I never seem to keep enough air filters on hand. I need to remember to take the old air filter to the hardware store so I can get the right a single. There are all sorts of kinds that fit a wide variety of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. The size of the actual filter, hole size, material and brand are all different. I don’t even go special with a HEPA filter either. I do a basic brand, material and size and yet I still can’t remember it half the time.
